Coral - Financial Coordinator
Hi, my name is Coral. I am the financial coordinator in the office. I take care of all the financial duties, getting supplies for the office, helping at the front reception and organizing all the office events/parties. I have been with the office for 24 years.
In my free time I enjoy yoga, watching sports, golfing and hanging out with family and friends. .

Stacy - Scheduling/Communications Coordinator
Hello, my name is Stacy. I joined Team Woo in 2008. I take care of the front reception desk along side Coral, all communications between Dr. Woo and referring dentists and patients. As well as, organizing new and exciting contests throughout the year!
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my son, family and friends and my super adorable cats! I also love being outdoors, paddleboarding, hiking, fishing, camping, among various other activites.
Lacey - Treatment Coordinator
Hi my name is Lacey. I began my career in the dental field in 2011 and have since gained experience as both a dental assitant and office manager. In my role as Treatment Coordinator, I enjoy combining my clinical background with my passion for helping people feel comfortable and confident throughout the orthodontic journey. Being a part of each patients transformation and seeing their smiles glow is truly the best part of what I do.
In my free time you can find me hiking, paddleboarding or with my family and friends.
Laura - Orthodontic Dental Assistant
Hi, I'm Laura. I have been a part of Team Woo since 2004. I love helping patients feel more confident about their smiles and spreading a little joy along the way!
I'm married and a proud grandma to 4 wonderful grandbabies! In my free time, I enjoy gardening, spending time with family and friends or sneaking in a little dance around the clinic - see if you can catch me!!
Jo-Ann - Orthodontic Dental Assistant
Hi, my name is Jo-Ann. I have been working with Dr. Woo since 2001. We truly love creating beautiful smiles and the confidence it can bring. The entire team feels like a second family.
In my free time, I like to be active and spend time with my family and grandchildren.
Michelle - Orthodontic Dental Assistant
Hi I'm Michelle! I love connecting with our patients and helping them feel confident in their smiles. I'm known as the office nerd - I love video games and all things 90's nostalgia (Pokemon included, of course!).
Outside of work, my three kiddos keep me on my toes and fill my world with joy. Family and friends are my everything, and when I'm not with them I'm behind a camera doing family photography!
Natasha - Orthodontic Dental Assistant

Kelly - Lab Technician
Hi, I'm Kelly and I work with Brittanny in the lab. I am a certified dental assistant as well, so you may see me in the clinic helping with impressions. I fabricate all the appliances to help with your treatment and maintain your smile.
I have three grown children that I enjoy travelling and camping with. I am also very active in dogs sports with my Border Collie!
Brittanny - Lab Assistant
Hello, my name is Brittanny. I started here in 2021 covering for a maternity leave. I soon after became a permanent member of Dr. Woo's team as I came to love my job and the people I work with. Currently, I am working along side Kelly in the lab making retainers that hold your smiles, but you can also find me buzzing around the office helping out when I'm not busy.
In my free time you will find me focusing on the things that are most important to me: my religious community, my family and friends and my cat.
Sofia - Sterilization & Digital Imaging
Hi my name is Sofia. I do the sterilization for the office, as well as, taking x-rays and photos of all our lovely patients. You may also find me having baby fever if you bring your little one with you to your appointments!
In my free time I enjoy going on adventures with my husband, spending time with my friends and family, learning how to cook new dishes....specifically Mexican!
